    I know that Ferrari did not officially export any Boxers into the USA . But, did Ferrari export any Boxers to other countries in NA...Canada or Mexico?

    I cannot be 100% but I am pretty sure they came into Canada legally. Not sure exactly what years.

    So I assume some of those Canadian Boxers made them into the U.S.?

    Canada passed a similar smog/safety standard as ours that was done in '68.

    Canadian cars have always been very easy to import into the US so I am sure no Boxers were imported legally in Euro trim to Canada, I believe Mexico is the same as most North American cars have the same safety and smog specs since the '68 laws.

    I distinctly remember talking to the NA national technical rep back in 81 when I imported my BB and asking him if any BB's were officially imported to Canada or Mexico. The answer was no but maybe the BBi will be. I never checked on that.
