We found the leg bolster came off it's track and was pushing the foam over on the drivers side bolster. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

The stock f355 seats are plain jane they need alot of help. Looks to be a cool thread and I'm liking what I see so far.
Who me? Just minding my business over here. Yeah we're going to do black seats with grey Daytona inserts and grey piping- matching black floor mats with grey trim on black, and respray the F1 paddles to glossy grey. Should give the car a really nice bit of contrast. I usually HATE to change anything that is not factory, but I think it will improve the interior appearance 1000%. Dan is going to have these as a "turnkey" type mod- mail your seats in and they turn them around quick- sort of the way the classic9leathershop.com does for Porsche stuff. I always thought we owners of 10 year old or more Fcars deserved someplace specializing in reasonably priced stuff like this.
yes last I heard they were trying to get a "turnkey" pricing model setup for all cars 308 through 599... but you can contact Bradan- Dan is always happy to talk Ferrari.

Remember that the 355 coupe and convertible seats are different.... likely 348 coupe /convertible seats may differ as well. This is a lot of templates that Bradan has to source....but in time they will likely have all the designs. What would really be great is if Bradan offered the option of buying just the skins and let the do it yourselfer or his own installer complete the install. Shipping costs for 2 entire seat assemblies, both ways, must be killer.
It looks to me like everything is made to fit, so would covers work the same? Not sure. If/when I redo my seats I know who will be doing it. I said it before, I'll say it again: I sure am glad these guys are EAST COAST!
When I re upholstered my seats I made sure the original skins were not cut up for templates and in fact could be reinstalled (for originality) in the future. The factory used to sell just the skins (not sure if this is so anymore)....so theres no reason with correct templates that Bradan could not make seat skins that would fit properly.
We made templates off of this seat but most times you do have to cut up the old skins to get a perfect fit. Over time foam wear and molds to your body shape along with the leather. We have no intentions of selling this as a install it yourself seat kit. It might limit our market but we want every pair of seats to come out perfect. Pre made mail order kits never fit well without trimming and sewing.
We are looking for 348 and 355 spyder seats to make a pattern from. The first pair for anyone willing will be discounted 40%.
