Hello, I'm working on the switching of the brake system from the original to the superformance ones (both of the frond and rear). I though I completed the installation, but "brake failure" warning light started to be on. I checked the brake reservoir tank was full and the park brake worked correctly, so I observed that the brake failure came from the brake pressure sensor. However, I am not sure what causes the brake pressure problem. Still, air in the brake line? Or, malfunction of the sensor itself? If someone help me out about how I can figure out the source of the problem, and how I can fix it, I would really appreciate.
Have you reviewed the Fig 2 on page H8 of the 308GT4 WSM? You might need to disassemble it, and recenter/clean the center piston and bore so it moves freely. (Or you have a real problem elsewhere and the pressure from the two circuits of the Master Cylinder are unequal.)
