All new Ferrari's with carbon ceramic brakes will begin to squeal after a while on some cars. Those are the cars that are not ever driven hard enough :D. The way to get rid of the squeaking is to take the car up to maybe 70 MPH then stand on the brakes for all you are worth, down to at least 10 mph or a stop. If you are not into the ABS then you are not pressing hard enough (and you are a wimp :)). Often after a single application like that the squeal is gone for quite a while. After two Californias (09 & 12) and a FF (12) they all do it eventually and this is the fix. It is far less hard on the brakes than the brake pad break in procedure written by Ferrari, and will not hurt the car.

Thank you for providing this fix, Rick! :)

I read a few month ago Ferrari is working on a permanent fix. Do you know anything about that?
