Sadly, my choices were kind of obvious. I did not have to use up too many of my remaining brain cells for this conclusion.
Race: 1. Massa 2. Raikkonen (passed by Massa in the final lap due to mis-shift) 3. Alonso (Shows up in Brazil wearing Ferrari racing suit) 0. Hamilton - disqualified from race through post-race steward decision. WDC: Massa WCC: Ferrari
Massa will win GP, Hammy WDC and Ferrari WCC.... As I've said before Ferrari sloppiness lost Massa the WDC, just as Hammy's mistakes cost him last year... BRING ON THE '09 HYBRIDS!!!!!!!!!!!
Looking at the weather forecast it shows showers on Sunday and light rain on Thursday and Friday. http://www.autosport.com/f1/weather.html If it's dry I agree with Ron. If it's raining... 1) Hamilton 2) Raikkonen 3) Vettel WDC: 1) Hamilton WCC: 2) Ferrari But then again if it rains anything could happen. I don't know what the odds are for Massa to win the WDC but if thier long odds it might be worth putting some money down.
90% chance of rain Friday - High 21C 60% chance of rain Saturday - High 23C 60% chance of scattered showers Sunday - High 24C Wet preps, dry/wet qualy and probably dry or mostly dry race. Ferrari unpredictable in wet which just might favor other teams if a wet qualy occurs. I hope for Massa, Kimi, Alonso, Vettel, Kubica, Heidfeld
it's hard to say. i say Massa will take this one, leading Kimi to a 1-2. the likes of Vettel, Kubik, Alonso and Heidi will definitely play some part in the outcome of the WDC..
I predict: 1. There will be a Formula-1 Grand Prix race at the Interlagos Circuit in Brazil this weekend. 2. Formula-1 cars and drivers will take part. 3. The World Driving Champion will be decided. 4. The World Manufacturer's Champion will be decided. 5. There will be controversy and drama before, during and after the race. 6. Someone will post "Australian Grand Prix Predictions" thread at the start of the 2009 season. RM
Well, KERS is along the lines of a Prius. However combined with PTP I have to say I like it and look forward to it. It is also nice to see that KERS combined with the slick tires brings chaos to the established order. And that's a good thing.
SAO PAULO FORECAST Today (Thursday) Hi 23°C / 74°F Showers Lo 19°C / 66°F Tomorrow (Friday) Hi 19°C / 66°F Rain Lo 15°C / 59°F Saturday (Qualifying) Hi 16°C / 61°F Rain Lo 14°C / 58°F Sunday (Race) Hi 21°C / 69°F Rain Lo 16°C / 61°F
Rain? Uh, let me change my forecast: Massa will sail off the track and DNF at which point it becomes completely irrelevant who is on the podium.
1. Massa 2. Kubica 3. Raikkonen 4. Heidfeld 5. Alonso 6. Vettel 7. Kovalainen 8. Rosberg This would give Massa the title, and BMW would finish second in the constructers to Ferrari! Ha! Realistically it will probably be either a Ferrari 1-2 with Hamilton crashing out, or Hamilton will finish 1st or 2nd.
Not that I wish it to end this way, but doesn't Ferrari still owe McLaren one for Lewis running into Kimi @ the pit exit under red several races ago? Massa 1st, with KImi & Lewis DNF....
If this is the case i sure as hell hope ferrari truelly fixed their wet weather problem. If not, hambone will get pole, win the race and the WDC. Ferrari will finish 3rd and 5th. If one driver can be ever so kind to have a front tire blow out right behind hambone at the first corner...please?
1) Raikkinen 2) Barrichiello 3) Kubica 4) Hamilton will finish 5th or 6th in the race, within 2-3 spots of Massa. 5) Ferrari
