The VDA always shows my breaks in green (ready) even when I start the car in the morning and the outside temperature is around 10C (50F); are my break temperature sensors not working or is that normal?
Has anyone every seen the breaks blue (warming up) in the VDA?

    Thanks

that doesnt seem normal to me. I live in the San Fran bay area and my VDA always shows that brakes and tires are "blue" and need to be warmed up when I first start the car for the day.

Mine are the same. Always green, even when as cold as 50f.

Yes brakes thanks (English is not my first language).
To be clear my brakes are working perfectly it just the sensors I am worried about.
If that makes any difference mine is 2012.

Mine are blue for the first 15 minutes of driving or so. I think your system is not working properly. It only works in "Race" mode by the way although I am sure you know this....

Mine is a 2012 too, so at least they are consistent, mine is always green. As far as the misspelling of brake, Americans should be so fluent in a second language, and yes, I was born in America.

It finally got a bit colder here, about 40F and when I took my car out last night the brakes were initially shown as blue (cold) so at least my sensors are working, but it doesnt take long for them to come up to temperature. Hope that helps.

It finally got cold enough, almost freezing (2c), and the brakes were blue.
    That's a pretty impressive range!
