There was nothing chivalrous about Ferrari yesterday... On a related news, 78 firm Ferrari orders have been cancelled in NA during the last 12 hours...
So what you are saying is that between 9 pm Sunday and 9 am Monday orders were cancelled to dealers that were not even open for business during those hours
That's just nonsense. Ferrari and the Bridgestone teams did their job and Michelin and the other teams did not. It's as simple as that.
MM, the majority of the lesser positive/productive (being careful what i say here) posts are from those who have not subscribed. Subscription is a very small dollar amount. Have asked Rob repeatedly to not allow non-subscribers to post. They can look, they can read, but not post. My aploogies if this offends the good people who also have not subscribed, but for a VERY SMALL fee... Perhaps they do not see any 'value' in investing in Fchat? If so, there are other Ferrari chat boards.

Incredible! Somehow I knew Ferrari would somehow be blamed. Sure , lets help out Michelin when they are struggling, have they done any thing for Bridgestone? Only two Michelin drivers tested , where were the rest? UNPREPARED!
Teenagers and college students on the board don't have as much money to fling around as you may have.
WOW, That's the worst idea I've heard all year!! Something tells me the $15 per year per subscriber is not where all the revenue comes from to run this site. Think!
Yes, Ferrari dealers in North America were ordered to open up late Sunday afternoon and remain open all night to accept order cancellations. They closed at 9AM Monday (just after the original post) to have the time to cancel their franchise agreements. There has been an incredible amount of nonsense posted all over the Internet, some of it here, over this situation. I'll nominate this post for inclusion in "The 78 Most Stupid Postings of the Past 12 Hours." O.G.
Just got this from an insider. As a result of staying open late on Sunday, the waiting list of the F430 coupe and spider now stand at 6 years...
Yes. The smileys were somehow clipped between "preview" and "submit post". But ... I still think people should cancel some orders to send Ferrari a message. Their cars are primarily meant to entertain people, whether on the road or the track, but there was no show Sunday because of them (Ferrari) and thus 150k people were cheated (plus the millions watching TV). Sorrowfully Ferrari did nothing Sunday but followed its own four decades old tradition. When the 330P4 was clearly inferior, they tried to get Ford GTs disqualified for a few fallen off bits and pieces.
