I tried all the YouTube-recommended cleaners, and none worked well, but this stuff is brilliant! https://www.autoglym.com/glass-spray-450ml It will remove the arrows on the vents and LOCK on the door handles etc. But if you are careful, you can clean around them. I, too have no idea what this is. You can just as easily do it with 70% isopropyl rubbing alcohol. I did all the vents, buttons, ash trays in one day. So far rubbing alcohol is the easiest of all the solutions I've tried.
