Hey guys, Had another drive day yesterday. The numbers continue to grow. 9 this time and a few that weren't able to join us. A few new faces as well which was great. So it looks good for breaking the double figures well and truely next. The talks starting to turn to how many is enough, though can't complain about having too many people want to come. Unfortunately the Countach that was going to join us was still in the shop so the owner came along in his Porsche so everyone is looking forward to seeing the Countach out next time It was a great run, starting at Dreamworld and heading out over the mountains out to Canungra and up the mountains again to Beechmont before heading out through the valley over the border to Salt at Kingscliff, where we enjoyed a lovely lunch there. Some fantastic roads, a little bit of traffic with plenty of power rangers on 2 wheels out there lol. So here are some pictures of the day, take note of the Gallardo Nera, it pretty much blew everyone away how good it looked on the road and the interior is superb to boot! It's the only egear in the country and one of 2 total. tell me about it, its gorgeous...very classy a G in black with dark wheels to match would have to be one of the most sinister looking cars available today...simply stunning great shots, the 997 TT is a true boulevard mauler
Yeah the maroon is a beautiful car. SO classy. The black 997 is Q's car (or his wife's bashy I think was the term he used ) the nose on it scrapped and bashed ever dip and trough in the road, sounded expensive but wasn't thank god or he might not come again. Well Rog, if you make the next one I think we will probably have about 8 lambo's!! Edit: Forgot to add that the owner of the Maroon G has recently added a Tubi and it sounds as good as it looks and we watched in awe as he spat flame a good foot and a half out the back!!
So is the number plate on the black G "nera" as in "nera my god to thee..." a comment on the owner's driving / car's handling / ?
ah, the good old SFR days. good idea. SiFi and i need a few good "chase the real car" sessions again.
