Great gun, I have a Sig 220, I later bought some night sights which are really cool in the dark and work excellent -very bright, the rears are orange and the front green, get them if you don't have them much better than a laser.
.40? Hee hee. What are you using for a holster? I've got some mammoth leather thing that's a pain, but works well for concealed carry. I also put Hogue grips on it, certainly firmed up the grip a little. And...the best thing is my Dillon 550. It really cranks out the ammo. I think I'm paying $4-5 per box for my SIG. For cc, I use COR-BON at 115 grains. Not bad, this ammo makes the pistol a little livelier than hand-loads.
I have a Galco shoulder holster and a pancake belt holster for it. Yes, The Hogues make a big difference. DL
Federally, the AWB which included a ban on standard-capacity magazines is now dead. However, there is a California state AWB all on it's own, which ALSO bans standard-capacity magazines. Yes, if you have any magazines which can take 11 rounds in CA that you bought after 1/1/2000, you are a FELON! Furthermore, for some of the idoicy of gun control law in action, go ahead, try and cram 11 really hard into your 'legal 10-round glock magazine I bought last week in CA' you can do it. 11 rounds is 11 rounds, and that's the same Felony. They just haven't started prosecuting this last one yet. PS: Sweet pistol Darth!
