Broken 348 seat recliner

So yesterday I was sceaming around an airfiled as you can see in the video I posted up and I sat for teh first time in the passenger seat...and broke it!!!

The seat does'nt stay in a reclined position and flops forward. I can move it back, but it just won';t click into position. I found a screw on the floor which I'm assuming is from the internal mechanism.

Do I have to take the seat out to fix it? Can't seem to find where the screw goes.

Or do I have to throw the seats away and get carbon ones.
