Broker information

I had a day where a broker came over to check out my car for flipping in this hot market.

Well the interesting part was that he was on google a lot trying to understand 355 Challenge specs and at one stage was using a website that I hadn't seen before where he put my VIN in and came up with a lot of historical information on my car and the webpages looked a lot like Ferrari.com pages but I didn't have my reading glasses on so not entirely sure.

Some of the information he had was :

matching the engine numbers to the chassis
option list for the car as it left the factory
first delivery address
colour codes for body, interior, carpet colours

Had my car listed as 355 Challenge version as opposed to 355 with challenge kit

Has anyone got any knowledge of this website as I have logged into Ferrari.com and don't see any section that would give me this information ?

Do brokers have a website where they can pay x $ to subscribe to this information ?

It looked very Ferrari-centric to me
