Hi folks, Thought you might enjoy some pictures from a show me and my brother in law went to last week. His is a 90 911 964 c2 manual and mine is the 95 f355 B manual. I have known him since we were 16 and have modified everything we have ever owned so it was never going to be any different with these. Image Unavailable, Please Login
You need to get a photo shoot with the 2 cars and share the pics because both cars are perfect. Love love the 964 and the 355. Cheers.
Subtle mods on the 355. Car is lowered 50mm, 15mm spacers up front and 20s on rear, has all red rear lenses, yellow fogs up front, headlining plus a, b and c pillars retrimed in black alcantara, momo mod 78 suede 330mm steering wheel. Plans for big brake kit and wheels to come. Re the 911 colour, green isn't for every one but I love it. It's called forest green and is a rare colour in a 964. Subject to what looks better, well that's just down to personal taste. There is no denying the beautiful curves of the 911 especially in the 964 variant. I love both the cars equally for different reasons.
As an owner of both the 355 and the 964 I agree they are both great in their own ways. I love the stance and the wheels on that 964. Wide body with a different color would have made it incredible. Of course this is subject to personal taste. I would love to see the interior pics on that 355.
Uhh?? There are no "fogs" up front Handling screwed up with the spacers and lowered suspension? No white reverse lens? What beautiful curves on the green thing? I can't see one
Yes rob it does. There just a pale shade of pink. Lol. Makes no difference to the light given off. Just wanted to try a different look.
I thought the lower lights in the bumper were fog lights. Are they not? Handling screwed up?? Yep, you know your right. A wider track and lower, stiffer suspension is exactly how to screw up handling. I forgot all the race cars that go for narrow track and lofty suspension for plenty of body roll. No white lense. Nope, they are red and light up pink. Not a beautiful curve on the 911. Well in my eyes your blind but then if we all had the same taste the world would be a boring place.
The 355 looks awesome lowered that much. You'd better get the front arches rolled or you'll be constantly pulling the arch. My 348's not lowered as much as yours, but the front tyres still catch the arch sometimes if I'm not careful.
