The car is expected to be finally released in Automn, breaking many current records !

The fastest top speed ever reached, most powerfull road car, best acceleration.

    Few reminders :

    1001BHP, 406KM/H, 16 Cylinders, 8 Liters, 4 compressors, what else to say ?

Ho, yes, some specific Michelin tyres specially developped for the car, currently the only one to support several tons of pressure per square meters and nearly 100°C of temperature and allow top speed > 400kmh ;-)

    Forgot : 1.2M€ and 300 cars.

300 cars seems like a lot. i was expecting to see final production numbers of this car be less than 100, since they only made 100 or so EB110s.

its about time they finished it

I guess this is a bad joke....those French can not even develop a proper Formula 1 tyre that lasts more than 15 laps.

They keep trying to knock of the mighty McLaren F1 and they still can't do it. I love it.

    Here are some news.
    9ff beat the McLaren F1.
    Then Koenigsegg with the CCR.
And Bugatti has reached 248mph in the past week or two.

It did take a while, but eventually technology takes over. :)

Pretty interesting little write-up there...Top Speed mode eh? Kinda bad ass in a way, but I suppose then you can't just decide to top her out as you please while out cruising right? ;)

Seems a lot of people have had much criticism on this whole project, but I, for one, am excited to see it.

You'll get to be used of it : they made it and still keep ahead from competitors.

We are speaking about road car produced. In its category, Bugatti is declared as the fastest car : 406km/h.
The basic McLaren, which is in the same category (not the F1), is slower. Still love it too....

I think I heard somewhere that Bugatti added another 100 bhp.

highly unlikely. All the delays were because of the unusual torque an dpower the drivetrain had to handle. Now it's sorted out and they add another 100hp? Veeery unlikely.
