Instead of trying to inflame (pun intended) Why don't you offer to give it to one of the younger members of this site? I'm sure someone would be thrilled to have it. Would be a pretty nice thing to do.
Just out of curiosity, what exactly is the beef with lambo people? I don't think I've seen a thread on l-power in which someone didn't whine and cry about ferraris. Next year I'll have a Diablo in the garage next to the 355. Does that mean I'll have to hate myself? -R
I have a multi-cultural garage and I have no problems...Without either company we would not have the awsome cars to choose from!! Competition is good for the consumer.
I agree. I'm not sure why anyone would come on a car site and try to cause trouble. no reason for that post except to pick a fight. in his defense, he did delete the text of the post, but the title and poll say the same thing anyway. IMO True car enthusiast respect both marques (F & L), and many others (bugatti, McLaren, Lotus, Jaguar, porsche....and many others I'm too lazy to type.) I have no beef with someone who doesn't care to own a ferrari. I have no beef for someone who doesn't like ferrari's. To each his own. I will likely never own a Lambo. Doesn't mean I don't "want" one or two. A miura S, a countach 5000QV. Just my auto expense live within a budget, and I have to make some choices. doesn't mean others would/should chose the same. that would make for a pretty boring world, and a pretty boring car club. I stick with what I said in post #2, a true car guy would give the flag to someone who would treasure it. Give the flag away. Make someone's, currently less fortunate than you, day.
I like both cars but setting that aside it's just bad form to start this on a site where Lambo is a guest volume of a site dedicated to Ferrari. Even if it's meant as tongue in cheek it still feels like annoying somebody in their own house.
Go burn the flag, do a dance and have a great time.........then go back to your trailer and make a Cheese Whiz sandwich.

Funily stupid thread. There were the good ol' days with two old and senile men in beautiful Italia. They hated each other because they were two egocentric and arrogant fatasses jerks. (Little provocation, I know but... I'm gonna live with it). I love the cars, I don't care of the men. They're long dead now. It was their war, not mine. In the case you got your idea by watching the stupid bearded mollah burning the american flag on fox news (and you said, dropping your bud and your peanut butter : "Way coooool !", why shouldn't we do the same ?") ; Go run to the nearest Wal*Mart, they still have a few brains on sale...
