    Sounds good to me. I'm assuming this type of activity is heavily regulated. What does it take to become a lender of this sort? Can anyone do it just like holding a note on the sale of a home or does it require some kind of licensing? How about becomming one of those sleezy payday loan places? (might as well just become a loan shark the old fashioned way, huh?)
