Which bulbs? The parking light switch illuminates all the exterior sidelights. The same ones illuminated using your steering column switches. More likely a switch issue or fuse 19. With your column switch off, does the parking light symbol illuminate on the dash?
You may need have them repaired, not sure they are available any longer. I may have some at the shop, send me a PM if you want me to check.
eBay? There are plenty of advertisements for F355 owner's manuals... just make sure you get the one applicable to your car (Spider?/Berlinetta?/GTS?/5.2?/2.7?/USA?/Europe?/Japan?/Australia?). Have you checked the forward luggage compartment for manuals? You could also buy a pdf version of the Workshop Manual for a deeper look into the vehicle's systems. e.g. https://www.emanualonline.com/cars/ferrari/f355/ferrari-f355-f-355-complete-workshop-repair-service-manual-access-emo-113576.html? This particular manual doesn't have a relay/fuse listing for the Motronic 5.2 car, but it's still very useful. Some versions are multi-language if required.
