    Interesting article, thanks for sharing. This was done a few years back in the UK with a red 355; although in this one the guys math doesn't seem to make the deal look more enticing with the car in the deal, as agreed with in the comments below the article.

    Yeah! I would have an extra contingency on the house purchase contract: Ferrari has to successfully pass PPI to buyers satisfaction!

    Not an attractive neighborhood at all. House that looks like a tract house. Is that a pancake house with the parking lot two doors down the street? What little land there is on the property is scrub grass and dirt. I see a LOT more downside on the price of this gem.
