It's really sad what has happened over in NO, there is SO much destruction with about 75% of the city underwater anywhere from 3 feet to 20+ feet. They would have been okay, as the brunt of the storm (eyewall) missed them just east. Unfortunately, the levies BUSTED yesterday, allowing all that dirty and possible toxic water into the city. A few days without plugging those levies, and the city may become a toxic wasteland. I pray for those who have lost everything they had in life, and for those who lost their lives, in this awful tragedy. A lot of people didn't think anything of the Tsunamis that hit Asia last December, but now that destruction is so close to home for many in this country.
