I am considering buying a CPO Roma. I have a 12C on order (really hoping it gets changed to a Spider), but in the interim, I have been thinking more and more about buying a Roma. I have always liked them and there is a CPO at my local dealer that I like alot. I would plan to keep this car long term.

I wanted to get the community's perspective on a few things. This car won't be a daily driver but I do a fair number of big road trips a year and I anticipate about 8-10k miles per year on the car.

    Reliability
    • How reliable have the cars been? Any issues?
    Durability
    • For those that daily, or put significant miles on your cars, how have they held up? Creaks, rattles, parts falling off?
    Maintenance
    • This is more general Ferrari question, but is the maintenance really unlimited? Can you really go and put 100k miles on your car and they cover the maintenance? Where are the gotchas?
    Pricing/ Negotiation
    • This would be my first Ferrari. How are dealers with negotiation? How far under the asking should I shoot for? :) Anyone have recent MMR data?

If I may suggest these questions are regularly asked and just as regularly answered so try spending some time looking at previous answers then come back to fill any gaps

Here's a freebie: maintenance is 7 years at 12500 miles per year max and often is not much more than an inspection let alone an oil change

Yeah. Sorry about that on the maintenance. I did look on the values and the last MMR I saw was from early this year. But will dig deeper.

Check Bring a Trailer for real world market values, earlier examples can be had for well under $200K. I would expect a premium for a CPO car from a dealer, but not too much. Good luck, the Roma is a magnificent car.

Got mine back in July, '24 Spider with 130 miles and they worked about 5.5% back off the ask.
