    Hi !

In the past years I've seen at least 3 599XX and one FXX for sale. Everybody knows that those are not only a car, it was a complete programm sold by ferrari to its most trusted customers.

So if somebody buys a used one, does he keep all the "rights" and the technical support offered to the originaly owner ?

Can he take part to the corse clienti programm ? Will he have access to the necessary engineering required to make this monsters run ?

The car and the program are designed to go together but you could buy the car and park it in your garage if you wanted to. IMO it makes no sense to have an XX car and not do the program though. As for eligibility, I'd check with Maranello or other current XX owners. I assume you have to at the very least complete some trainings or have a racing license though this is just my speculation.

Ferrari contractually agreed to provide lifetime technical support when they sold the cars new. Second hand owners are welcome to participate and many sales have been facilitated by Corse Clienti. There are often "new" prospects hanging around at the events, going for hot laps with the instructors etc.

The difference between buying new and second hand is that most second hand cars are past the stage where Ferrari has a cost program for the cars included in the retail price. After a period of time, all costs are on the owner's hand
