    hi

    i am new here.

i am about to purchase a 2nd hand ferrari for SGD610k.
Red Coupe, mid 2007 model with 7000km mileage.

is it a good deal? or should i wait for the new 450?

    thanks

If you want to buy a Ferrari, buy a new one.

You've lurked all this while just to make a meaningless first post like that?!

To the OP: What options are there on the car you are considering? Is low mileage important to you?

I did a quick search on sgcarmart.com and came up with this. http://www.sgcarmart.com/used_cars/info.php?ID=39009&DL=1000

Older but cheaper car equipped with tubi exhausts.

While I can't offer you much good financial advice, I can promise you that you will LOVE driving a 430 and buying one pre-owned will mean that you don't have to wait for a ridiculously long time if you order a new car. My family had to wait 1.5 to 2 years for our 599, do you really want to wait that long?

    thanks for the reply.

i have viewed this unit on Sunday. Very good condition but it has just been sold.

I am viewing 2 units right now. Both at 07 model with many options. Low mileage. but asking price is around 600-620k.

I visited Hong Seh today and found out i can send in the car for inspection for a fee which is pretty reasonable. So i guess i will do so before committing on the purchase. Getting pretty exciting. This will be my first Ferrari if i can make the purchase this year. Currently driving an R8 which i am also pretty reluctant to let go....but a ferrari....got to own one at some point in your life.

    Hi Jacky,
Welcome to the world of Ferrari!!! The fun part is always the foreplay... take your time to look around... there are many in the market. Identify what options/requirements you want in the car and your price range i.e max 2 owners, 07, Rosso Scuderia with pink interior, STC2 stitching in white, Challenge rims, carbon fiber interior, Red dial, etc. Then pass the word around with the dealers... let them do the running around for you. Within 3 days.. .u will get calls from them.
Yes HSM has that service. Its good to use it.

I loved my F430... its a great car. It is superior to the Challenge Stradale IMO.

You need other info or help... PM me. Lim Pei help you :)
