    Everything looks to be within parameters and you have 25% clutch wear, which is your piece of mind tha you won't be needing one any time soon.

    It would have been nice if they put on something other than Kumho tires which aren't bad but definitely not top notch either.

    Agree on the tires, but the pictures show Bridgstones. I am going to see the car on monday and will see for sure in person. Is there any reason to do a leak down test on this car????

    No doubt if they put on Kumho's, they did cheap out and I will replace them......Thanks guys for your help......Steve

    Clutch overheat. I was recently looking to buy a CS and got it checked out by a dealer. Had a clutch overheat of 240 seconds which they raised as a problem showing clutch needed looking at. Also on road test technician thought response of gear changes was less crisp that was normal - all felt fine to me. I would query the overheat time.

    Mine (comparable mileage) has SD3 data basically inline with what you posted, except:

    1) Pump actuation counter/time-on about 1/3 less;

    2) Clutch overheat = 0 sec.

    3) Clutch wear degree = 3795 (tech annotation says 17% wear!?)

    No idea if your overheat time material or not. No idea how clutch wear data translates to wear percent either. Seems oddly non-linear.

    I was told clutch overheat time is simply the number of seconds the clutch has been overheated. Several cars I looked at were zero, another was 240 which technicians said was an issue. Nothing to do with wear as the car with 240 seconds only had 9% wear.

    I'm not sure about the SD3 but on the SD2 when you go into the parameters for the tcu it will show you about 35 conditions and one of them will tell you exact % of clutch wear along with other things. I dont see where they are getting the 25% wear.
