    It’s a manual. After a long drive when I got home, I opened the engine lid to let it cool. I noticed a slight buzzing noise near the oil filler cap area. It does eventually go away, Can it be the oil draining back down and it’s air I’m hearing?

    The later SPC don't do a very good job conveying where things are located, but one super easy thing to do is just open the gas tank filler cap (when it's making the noise) to release any pressure in the gas tank -- sometimes the various valves in the fuel evaporation control system can wheeze/vibrate/hum as air+vapors from the gas tank is sent to the charcoal canister for absorption of the vapors before the (cleaned) air is released to atmosphere.
