REBEL...!!! REBEL...!!! BUCK THE ESTABLISHMENT...!!! WHOOOHOOOOOOOO...!!! What a video, thanks for posting... Have you seen the video of the dudes in the Porsche in Sweden or Switzerland or somewhere in Europe...? They do the same thing... They deliberately get the cop's attention, then they pull over. The cop gets out of the car and they take off, FLYING through these towns and tight, little streets, some of which are damp from rain, too...! Great video...
I think that was th eone through Stockholm, no? great vid ! I love the wheelie at the end of this, he must be doin a ton+
I recall the consensus on this video is that the police scene was staged -i.e. those weren't policemen at all.
If you are a rider, wheelies are not as hard as non riders think. In the San Francisco bay area, on sat/sun you can see 30-40 bikes at a time taking up all 5 lines. They hold back traffic (70-80mph), and then we usually have 2-3 rider who like to pull wheelies at 90-120mph for a mile or two. Not good behavior, but lot of them do it. Hate to break the news to you Carbon, but the Enzo isn't real either. It is not even a Ferrari. It is a car designed by Japanese 6th graders, that Toyota decided to produce. Sorry buddy.
The vid is awesome! Are you serious? The Getaway In Stockholm 1 movie? The one with the Porsche? That sucks ... I always loved that part right at the beginning. Also liked the part where the biker passes a cop car, turns around on his bike, shows 'em a double finger turns back around and takes off. Awesome. Ok, everybody sing with me, it's something nice and friendly and goes a little something like this ... "*uck the police ..." LMAO! I have already planned to put a retractable plate on my road bike. edit - I am a rider, and think wheelies are damn tough! Maybe because I'm an MX rider, I dunno ... I can jump, stoppie anything, but can't get the hang of them damn wheelies!
Julian, You teach me to drive in the snow, and I will teach you 120mph wheelies. You can even use my bikes, just bring your own life insurance.
LOL, sounds like we have a deal!! It's just that "going over" feeling I can't get over with. But for a Duc ride ... I could bring along a couple clean underwear!!! LMAO!!!
Heres the rest of his vids, Paris ring road is a hoot, check out tthe trailers http://ghostridermovie.net/
Ryan, unfortunately, the west coast is quite a bit away, but I sure will keep you in mind when I go there. I wanna go on a road trip next summer (it actually is the only reason I'm not getting a supermoto), and needless to say the pacific is an obvious goal. I'm still not quite sure 2 weeks will be enough for a Montreal-Miami-LA-Vancouver-Montreal trip though. Here's another ghostrider movie, not sure if it's the same guy, definitely different bike. It was already posted a while ago ... but I just have to put it up again. Can an NNO pull a wheelie at 280km/h? This bike is insane. http://ms.lesite.video.free.fr/GR_2_Busa_Turbo_2.wmv
3 days in Miami. 3 days in LA 3 days in SF 3 days in Vancouv. That still leaves you 2 extra days to do what you want. Obviously I am suggesting by plane.
plane? naaaaah, that's cheating. The trip would be 9k miles ... around 650miles a day. Rather do-able. But that's with no detour ... and assuming the bike will work flawlessly. And I'd most likely do it on my own. No one that I know would want to ride non stop for 2 weeks. Bunch of sissies!

Dude this is hillarious, I was going through the trailers for his other movies and in one of them he is driving on the road on a snowmobile and running from the cops on it. That's so awesome. Also he is riding his BMX he has and a cop is clocking him and stops him for going to fast. Also the same trailer showed I think 2 Ferraris and a lambo they were driving.(2 360s and a Murci.)
