Who's going next Saturday?
BlackBird007, love your avatar. Bad game tonight. They will recover tomorrow. Planning on being there tomorrow. This will be our first time so hope to meet some of the posters there.
I'll be there and I'm excited since the weather will be good. Hopefully the weathe will bring out all the cool Ferraris.
See you there, I'll be in my 328, BMW 328 though , not exotic, but a fun car, I love the N52 motor, and the precise balanced handling of the E92s. Looking forward to seeing some amazing cars tomorrow.
Just left. Highlights: Black Spyker C8 Silver/orange GT3 RS Black GT3 RS 4.0 Silver DBS Volante Blue Bicolore Yellow Maserati GT Aventador Red Countach Rosso Vik Murcie The rest were the usual assortment of Gallardos, Prancing Horses, 911s, and a CRAPLOAD of Mustangs.
Saw a black magnum and champagne g37 get pulled over by unmarked police cars...people still don't get it...DON'T BLAST DOWN THE ROAD WHEN YOU LEAVE C&C
The 9:45 rev was nice, except for that one car that was in the Japanese section. I got video of the silver RS revving real loud....but unfortunately, my iPhone corrupted it, so it's just a useless file. Who's an expert on .mov files?
That was a Supra, and it sounded sick -- and not in a good way. The 9:45 rev is a great idea if you like flogging cold engines to redline with no load. I'll pass, thanks.
I am not a fan of the 945 rev. It was annoying because I couldnt talk to anyone or hear myself think. Maybe I was just in the wrong spot. Anyways on to the highlights: 2x 430 16m(yellow and a black one with Italian stripe) Multiple 458s (2black and a red is all I remember) 599GTO GT3RS 4.0 Aventador 360cs R8 V10 Couple 328 and a 308(IIRC it was a QV) couple 360 Modenas Couple 430 Spyker C8 (first time I've seen one and it blew me away) Gallardos and a murcielago Countach That's all I remember.
The 599 GTO was the show stopper for me. If anyone wants to know, it was grey with black stripes/carbon.
For me it was the Spyker even though I only saw it drive by. I've seen the GTO at C&C before but never the Spyker.
That was also a really cool car. I only walked by and I probably should have taken a closer look. I guess the Ferraris were more appealing to me at the time. Who can blame me?
