I went with the two-tone blue interior, which is a bit of a gamble not seeing it in person. But, your pic has me reassured- thanks for sharing! Mine should be built this week! Image Unavailable, Please Login

I loved the early videos of that color.

Both specs with body colored nacelles/accents. A little bit low key/stealthier?

How much did his C8 cost? Goes over his window sticker/build.

I remember 80s era Porsche 911 /930 had issues at high (not street legal) speeds if they had the front air dam installed but not the rear whale tail.

I wonder if you leave off the z51 wing and happen to go on a track, if the C8 will be unstable without the rear wing?

25 over and anything over 100 here is major legal doo-doo, so most cars performance is moot on public roads.

My point is get the Z51 option and don't have the dealer install the rear wing unless the car will be tracked.

Get z51 for the road feel, brakes and cooling. My z51 C6 drives better than a base / old tech magnaride. This new z51 is light years ahead.

I believe the standard Z51 spoiler is installed at the factory; it's the high wing that is dealer installed. You could always remove the Z51 spoiler, but you'd have to fill the holes.

My guess is some smart guy in the aftermarket will make color matched plug holes instead of repainting. Then on resale put the wing back on.

3D print them and a bit of color matched touch up paint and voila. Quick $50.

The front splitter is dealer installed. Its three pieces and appears to just screw on. So it would be easy to remove it also.

I did Museum delivery last time. And it was worth the $1000 IMO but I don't think I would do it again.

My plan this time is to actually pick it up at Criswell and drive it out to Vegas.

That is the 3LT version because it has the lower part under the glovebox in tan. You can order a 2LT with the GT2 seats but the dash and headliner are more simple and don't get the so-called "real leather". 2LT versions get a kind of bonded leather from made from scraps and pressed into a mold to get the texture.

I prefer the C8 to the 488. Never thought in a million years I'd say that. Good for GM.
