I’m getting the first convertible at my dealer, luckily the owner is like an uncle to me so we’ll see if he makes me put down a deposit . If he does an expensive dinner on him will be to follow.
Yah I don't think many convertibles have been ordered yet. Its only been a couple of weeks we found out they were really making one. I would not change my C8 convertible for a Z06 coupe. This car is too much fun to drive around topless. I would feel I was missing something. The only thing I want is a twin cam motor. The rest I could do without. I'll never track it.
I guess it depends how much your dealer likes you, but getting in line today, you should expect a 2yr wait, I'd think. I've been on the Z06 list for probably 9 months with Criswell and I don't expect to have mine in the next year.
Looks incredible to me. Almost reserved without the aero package. Add black roof and carbon wheels. It's stunning!
Better looking than the C8. The side scoops are much better and the front is cleaner. I kinda like that weird whale tail wing over this one. Looks to me like the front hood and rear trunk are not changed which would be good for me using it as a DD
That's it? How many optional packages before it's a true track-ready Z06 (as god intended ) Aero pak + Track pak = .

I like it as well. The Z06 spoiler pictured doesn't go out to the edges of the rear facia like the Z51 spoiler does...you can see the downward curve of the rear facia which looks much better (IMO). Makes the spoiler look less "tacked on" (again, IMO). The Stingray rear facia has that downward curve also as you can see on my spoiler-less C8: Image Unavailable, Please Login I would probably do the "wishbone" in body color, assuming they offer that treatment like like do for the "boomerang" on the Stingray.
So...this is an artist conception, right? Because I'm in heaven looking at this, and ready to start bugging Mike Furman at Criswell. Are there reliable rumors the rear corners will be rounded?
The wheels are certainly an upgrade over the stock Stingray wheels, but I'm not a fan of the black mustache thing on the front fascia. I'm not sold on the new side scoop design either. Regardless, the Z06 is sure to be a great car, and I think it'll look much better with different angles and more colors.
This is epically beautiful. We are so lucky to be able to procure this machine at the price we can. Especially in today’s environment.
Should mark 'em up 150% on export. I still can't believe Chevy has done it. I've lost all interest in Ferrari.
