The fan (ventilator) switch rocker isn’t working and looks like it got hot enough to melt terminal encapsulation - see attached.
The replacement is about $80 at AW (
60053709) and wondering if another Lucas PN at lower cost would work.

Try buying the equivalent switch mechanism for a 328! Ouch

I installed the 63-67 MGB heater fan switch and it works nicely. The mouse ear switch hole was a bit large for the post. Added a bit of super glue just to hold and can’t tell the diff from OE.

Also, my hazard switch was temperamental and I didn’t see anything on the site about cleaning the internals. Decided to just see if I could get it open since I planned to get a new $120 switch. Surprisingly it opened right with screwdriver separating the metal and plastic.
Added a couple pics of before and after cleaning. It was a mess and cleaned it up with Emory paper and contact cleaner. Squeezed back together gingerly with vise and re-installed. Works great amd now turn signals reliably work.
