    Does this look ok? What would a twisted and tucked-in cable do in the passenger side mirror, behind the inside cover?

    I don't have the same on the driver's side...

    Huh, if that was the drives side that would be for the temp sensor at the bottom of the mirror.

    Passenger side? No idea.

    If I get ambitious this afternoon I'll pull that panel off of mine and see what's in there.

    It is for the mirror alignment adjustment.

    Thanks guys -- even if it was a mirror wire why would it go up and curl down before entering the mirror? I'll investigate further when I will need to take some of the door panels off in order to fix my switches but I found it very strange that it'd look the way it did...

    Don't know if that's a 355 but they have a wire for the electric adjust and a wire for the heated mirrors
