I think I can identify the rear lift points, a rectangular metal depression ahead of the wheel wells (photo 1). The front lift points are not so easily identified. Are they small metal protrusions with a threaded hole behind the front wheels (photo 2)? If so, is the threaded hole there to attach a special jack pad? Must the belly pan be loosened to access the jack point?

Here you go. I've jacked up my car many times, a few times in a big hurry.

FWIW, I use a hockey puck (I'm Canadian eh??) to interface my "racing jack" to the jack points because the rubber pad in the cup on my jack arm is way too thin for the cup to clear my car's underbody. My hockey puck provides a perfect fit on the round jack pad in the front (not the larger oval one) and also fits the single rear jack point perfectly.

Do not attempt to jack up your car at any other locations unless you are very experienced and can safely locate non-factory-specified jack points.

I also need to lift my FerrariCalifornia. Based on the photo ibelow, is the jacking point the metal plate or the oval rubber thingy? Just want to be sure. Also, what is the socket size for the california wheel nuts ?

For my Portofino: I remove the 2 1/2" long plug and use the thick metal there for the puck. The jack stand goes under the lower A-arm with a protective pad to avoid scraping and gouging. The puck is #3107838 from ecstuning.com. The pads are from California Car Cover.

I’m confused after reading this thread. So are the jack points where the oval rubber pads are? Or are they the bolted in metal “brackets” near them?

Taking my car in for new tires soon and want to make sure they lift it properly.

With my Portofino I remove the oval pads and jack at those spots (the metal is thick and strong there).

My wife has a 2013 California. I too came away from this post set of posts confused. I jacked it up where the rubber pads are using a 3-ton floor jack without the sandle. The rectangle into which the sandle fits is a just the right size - meaning you can get the jack's rectangle into the the rectangular space in the plastic body parts that surrounds the oval pad perfectly.

I think I understand what you did. I removed the saddles from both of my floor jacks and it looks like I could lift my Portofino that way. But I like using a hard rubber puck to avoid scraping the paint off the underbody and to possibly spread the load more evenly on the underbody.
