    Howdy FChat communty-

I'm looking at a bonified Cali30 and after unsuccessfully checking with my local Authorized Dealer' service department offering them the last six of the VIN, they could not tell me if the car I'm looking at was so fitted.

From what I have read this feature is pretty much required reading for this model. Changes the handling significantly.

Can anyone comment as to he fitment? Did all Cali30's have this set up?

    thanks

Early Cali 30 threads here suggest Magneride was still an option (unless HS specified in which case included with that option)

Is dealer being cute ? VIN usually gives spec

This is correct. Look at the shocks. MagneRide has threaded collars for adjusting ride height.

Easier to look at the steering wheel for the extra bumpy road button

The pre-Cali T cars (including the Cali 30) did not have that shock button on the wheel, the Magneride shocks were set according to whether you were in Comfort mode (soft) or Sport (harder). My former Cali30 had Magneride.

That button is a really nice upgrade for the Cali T, good to have the shocks softer and leave the car in Sport :)

I have the VIN and called the Service center as mentioned, Authorized dealer couldn't find out., it's at a non-Ferrari Dealer

All thanks for your input, as mentioned the car is some distance and at a non Ferrari dealer so doing an inspection isn't easy, they (sadly) do not have the wndow sticker either.

However here is a picture of the steering wheel, can anyone comment? Image Unavailable, Please Login

One thing I am fairly certain of is that it is NOT a H.S.

    thanks again.
