    Hi my battery went flat, I manually opened the boot and then plugged in my battery conditioner the car started fine.

    But after that the boot won’t lock!!!

    Anyone have any suggestions.

    Did you already check your manual on the procedure for recharging?

    Yes and does not say about the boot not locking

    Did you also try to lock/unlock the whole system from the remote? On older cars this resets/cleans up some issues.
