I bought it, works very well. The mechanic said it was easy to install. Plug and play.

    3 modes:
    - fully open
    - regular
    - fully closed

The remotes are very nice (metal, qualitative)

Capristo actually just re-boxes this unit as sells as their own.

I believe the ECU controls the flaps and they are programmed to open at 3000 rpm. If someone with a Cali T were near Tampa, FL and was willing to drive while I monitor the CAN bus, we could figure out the code needed and thus a simple micro computer like an Arduino Nano could manually control the flaps. Much cleaner than the other solutions used and no need to cut into or clamp vacuum lines.

Also I believe that leaving the flaps open all the time discharges the exhaust back pressure which helps spool the turbos quicker. So this mod may actually be decreasing performance.

Also, according to Scuderia Auto Parts, the vacume tubes that would need to be mechanically pluged are part numbers 302044 or Part Number: 317249. Depending on your Build Number. See: https://www.scuderiacarparts.com/part/270145/ferrari/317249/vacuum-valve-control-pipe.html

If someone could determine where those parts are in the engine bay, then there would be no need to slide under the rear.
