    when i put the top down and open and close the trunk the trim on the back window rubs on the trunk liner and rubs off the paint on the trim anyone else have this problem

    What year is your Cali? Definitely an alignment issue. In my experience, if you go to the dealer, they will show you which component is culprit before even charging you - parts guys are extremely helpful at Ferrari Houston for myself. Can you post a pic so I can give you better advice?
