Calling all masons

I am looking to build a raised patio (preferably concrete block, with a brickface and stone balusters) with an enclosure (wood with columns). I've attached photos for reference. Think of it as "outdoor living space" - really a 3+ season room my family can spend time on and entertain.

Target size is about 28 x 28, elevated 2 feet (not counting excavation area for footings / foundation).

Trying to estimate a budget for the actual concrete / block + the enclosure - not appliances or landscaping. I have a few contractors I have contacted, but haven't received a final estimate, but wanted to get some idea - any thoughts on that?
