It seems that there are some very knowledgable Viper guys on this forum and I have some Viper questions for you. I have always lusted after Vipers but could not justify the $ for a toy. Recently I have seen several wrecked Vipers for sale on the web. Some of them look like they would make for an interesting project car. Of course there is usually body damage and many times the front suspension. Where can I go to price parts (new or used)?

easy, all it takes is $$$. Viper club owns all the spares and can sell every peice made. i wrecked my 08. it sold for 25,000 on: co-part.com a great place to buy as most insurance companies dump their wrecks on this sight. my car could be fixed for 15,000. good deal for anyone. good luck. i purchased two of my cars on the sight and am very happy

I am familiar with Copart, I've bought a few cars from them also. Why does the Viper Club sell parts why not Chrysler? Do you have a link to the Viper Club?
    Thanks

there was a bankruptcy. the Viper really died. All assets that would sell were dumped, the viper almost disappeared. they needed a flagship. that saved the product. the dedicated Viper group sold the idea to the Fiat chairman. The CEO of Dodge, Ralph Giles(Haitian) is just a great man in the right place to salvage the product. Fiat has owner interest in Ferrari, Maserati and now Viper. Three price levels from $100.000 for the Viper to top of the stack, Enzo and custom 5 million dollar one offs. if i can remember i will get u the Viper parts web site address

The Viper Club does not sell parts, although officers of the club are trying to maintain availability.

Another resource is Chuck Tator at Tator's Dodge.

Which Gen car do you want to restore?
