Does anyone know the name of the font, for Marshall amps ?

My guess is that the Marshall logotype may not be a font at all.

1. The Marshall brand has been around for many, many years (pre-computers), so it was probably hand-drawn and now exists as a vector-based EPS file.

2. Many company logos are purposely not a font because they want their logos to be unique and not easily reproduced by people that may misuse and misrepresent their brand. In fact, many designers will create a logo by starting with a standard font and then they will bastardize it to make it unique for the company logotype.

However, many companies have since converted their old hand-drawn logos into custom-made corporate fonts so that they can better control and police their brand. So, while it's possible that Marshall has converted their logotype into a font, I don't think they would want to because it would degrade their brand image if their logotype were used for anything other than their logo (imo).
