    We were driving on a euro tour. 1.5 hours off the shuttle at Calais and the car throws an “engine management return to dealer” error. We were just approaching the services. Stopped reset the car and error returns, phoned Monza NV…”yes sure bring the car in and we will check for you” was the response from Beau Maes the service manager. 15 mins later car is in being scanned, then test driven. Warnings were air flow/turbo related. Reset, checked again and given the keys back with firm assurance about what they saw being ok to drive on. Offered a loan car if it needed more investigation but it didn’t.

    Met Annelore De Buck the General manager (amazing family history with the brand and celebrating family owning the dealership for 50 years in 2027).

    Great service from an excellent group of brand representatives at the dealership. Huge thanks to all as we were concerned it would be a long wait.

    Some great cars in the showroom and in the service centre.

    No issues on the rest of the tour to Harlem and back to the uk.
