Camcorder Unspools My DV Tape...How to Fix?

    My camcorder (Samsung SC-D23) unspools a small amount of the DV tape out, so that I am unable to record and am told that it ejects (much the same way a VHS tape might unspool). I then "retighten the tape" so that the tape is not hanging out, put it back in, and it does it again. Any idea what might be causing this and how to fix it? A search of the samsung website and a google search didn't really help. Thanks!
