I picked up the car yesterday after having new ppf installed, and I noticed that none of my cameras are working. I have rear, front, and surround cameras on the car. All I get is a blank screen when the cameras activate. Changing camera views did not help.
Is there some type of reset I should try ? Or other potential quick fix before I call the dealer ?

Did they remove the bumpers to install the PPF?

The bumpers were not removed, but the side mirrors were. In talking to the PPF installer and the dealer, they think it could be a loose connection at one of the mirrors. If not that, then the dealer will try a ‘rescan’ to calibrate the cameras.

Hey Marty, im having issues with my backup camera not working. Did an exhaust installation and reinstalled rear bumper. Now backup camera does not work. Any advice? I removed rear bumper again to check everything and nothing was unplugged.

We did find the issue. When the driver’s side mirror and door panel were reinstalled, the wiring for the camera system was not routed correctly. Therefore, when the window was lowered, it cut the wiring which shuts down the whole camera system. We were able to patch the cable and get everything working again. A new cable has been ordered from Ferrari, but no word on when it will arrive.

Oh wow okay glad you guys figured it out. I’m not sure what’s going on with mine as it was the rear bumper and nothing was cut or damaged. Could it possibly need to go to Ferrari to get scanned to relearn?
