    Do limited edition cars follow the same regulations as normal cars in terms of registration in the US. So if an owner would like to take his La Ferrari back with him to The USA from the Middle East should he follow all the modifications required?

    Yes bc the car was officially sold here so it can not get a waiver from the show and display law. It will need to be federalized if he wants to register it here.
