You should be able to find someone local that can handle the rebuild. Make sure they use good seals because I had my 348's rebuilt at the last major because the front bearing was loud and the front seal went bad in a month. They fixed at no additional cost but had to pull and I lost all my charge (R-12 isn't cheap).
