Can anybody say......blowout? Pat's are gonna kill the Eagles (putting on my flame proof suit) seriously, who saw what they did to the Steelers? Sorry, I dont see the Eagles making any history except helping the Patriots to another Super Bowl win. They're good yea, but the Pats are unbelivable. BTW, im not a die hard Patriot fan or anything, so I am not being baised in my descisions, Im just calling it like i see it. EDIT: Just as Darth said.....
If TO would be playing in the SB, it would be a close and good game. Since there's a 99% chance he's not, Pats will win.
The Eagles can win with out T/O, but it will be tough against the Patriots. Both teams field a defense good enough to win, but I think it will come down to play calling and coaching. Advantage- Patriots. Bill Belichick is a Brilliant strategist and master tactician. I Think this is going to be a great match up. I am cheering for the Patriots because of the aforesaid football genius and the Maize & Blue (Tom Brady) connection, but would not be too disappointed if the Eagles were victorious. I am glad that two such tough, physical, well rounded teams(Pats 9th in D, 7th in O, Eagles 10th in D, 9th in O) will meet on the grid iron for the worlds greatest spectacle and play the toughest 60 minutes of sports for my own personal enjoyment.
