This was in the Fiat Spider Forum. Anyone in that neck of the woods (TN)with a T that would be willing to show it off to him, maybe give him a ride?
    PM me or post here.
    Thanks!

SJMST its interesting to hear you say that as I am in the early stages of debating between getting a nice Pantera or a Ferrari Mondial T Convertible in the next year or so. I am going to be driving a friends Pantera soon but I doubt any of the Ferrari guys would let me near their rides (I do have one friend that races his 308 with the Ferrari club that I know will let me drive his car but its not a Mondial T) with that said what are the pros and cons of owning your Mondial ?

Come to the car show on Saturday at Kurt's in Duluth and I bet you can get a ride and maybe even a drive in a Mondial. see.www.redlineracer.org for info.

Sure I'll take you for a ride! I am even bringing my fathers Mondial Cabriolet to the Kurts car show. There will be over 23 Ferraris at the show!!

Great! I see you once had a Mondial 8. That's what I have now. How did you like yours?

I actually loved the Mondial coupe I had. It was an 82 model. Car was so nice to drive on long trips, and on the highway. Much smoother ride than my 308 GTS QV. I want another one sometime, maybe as my daily driver soon. The 308 is faster, but the Mondial drove better. It also felt like it handled WAY better than the 308. It never let me down, great car. It was black over tan, and looked awesome, had a Borla stainless on it, it was SOOO LOUD!! Kinda like my 308 is now. :)

I am so mad that I won't be able to go to the show this weekend. The sales business, I love it and hate it. I have looked at the list and it looks like it is going to be a good show. I am surprised at how many Mondials are going to be there. Well, hopefully there is going to be a good showing at the Challenge race coming up since I will be there the WHOLE weekend! Have fun this weekend guys (and girls).

Quite Interesting..... did NOT know that you had owned a 1982 Mondial coupe, or are you proclaiming that the Mondial in your personal profile belonged to you instead of the guy who actually owned it and you were only trying to sell it for him ??? Perhaps the same might be the case for the Porsche 911 you also listed in your personal profile, as that belonged to your cousin, IIRC.

Yeah, the Mondial was a great car. The 993 Cabrio was also a fantastic car! Where you been 512Professore? In hiding?

I wish I could make the show in Atlanta this weekend but having just found out about it (last night) its hard to make plans. I will put it on my long list of shows to make next year (the more the merrier i always say). Are any of you Mondial people making Eurofest in Nashville or Italiancarfest (www.italiancarfest.com) in Dallas ?If so we can meet up there.
