    I tried to reach them and there was a message machine. I could not understand what the person was saying because she was speaking in german. I needed it translated.

    It turned out that when Simon contacted them he got a live person, so I called them back and so did I.........

    I didn't get the answer I was hoping for but I got a live person and an answer none the less.

    So, case closed........
