Si.... great joke about the windscreen, even you know it has a single "clam door / canopy" ... doncha?
Eagle SS ! I'd missed that one! Have to dig out my "Kit Car" mags circa 1978! God there was some c**p about then!
Definately and Eagle, based on a VW Beetle chassis and running gear. IMO horrible! I would much rather run around in a nice restored classic Beetle than a kit car.............Um, well maybe an original 1970,s Beach Buggy would be ok.
The same kit car was in the first cannonball movie. Two girls where driving it. Don't know the name of the kit.
If you are talking about this rather nice pair (I am refering to the women and the not the ahem er well you know what I mean) then its a Countach they are driving Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yep you're right on both accounts. I am sure one of those lift top cars was on the cannonball though.
your right it was in cb2, after the girls in the lamborghini move to a benz gullwing and leave the lambo on the side of the road, they then thrash the gullwing and pick up a yellow nova kit car and promise the young mechanic a night he'll never forget, they then thrash that car to and move on to the recovery guy and his car. or thats how i remember the movie.
Yup, definately a Nova (one of the two pic'd above) Here's the Eagle SS. TBH, not too bad! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
