    Just so some of you guys know. A few of us woke DES up for work at 6am his time after talking to him on the phone until nearly 5. Just making sure he got up for work --very important you know :)

    BTW DES, if your going to be a serious contender for the Olympia you need to work on thickening your center back, widening your calves and making them proportionate to your arms, and improving your ration of triceps to biceps...Right now your triceps are just a tad too small. Try and keep the ratio 2/3 triceps, and 1/3 biceps. Also, work on projecting your Serratus.

    Just constructive criticism buddy :)
