can I replace the buttons in center console?

I have '17 Cali T. 5k miles with spectacular shape, in and out.
but, the common problem of sticky buttons are happening here and there.

I used the recommended stuff to run the sticky stuff out. and the solution works like a Champ! (Thank you internet~~~)
however, a couple of spots on the top button "R", the paint has chipped off and showing white plastic under.

I did some search online and "supposedly" replacement buttons are available.
I'm sure that they are knock-offs. but...

would those work? if so, how do I pop out the existing buttons?

anyone have gone down this road before?
