Dealer says you can no longer order F12. Is this true (I guess, why would he lie)? Is it common to have a Gap between last order and availability of the new model?
I saw it also but I forget the thread- maybe the speculation about the 70th anniversary car thread? Also my dealer says no more F12 orders accepted so take that for what you will....
What would make sense is a updated F12 like the GTC4 for the FF. Probably have a lot of the tech from the TDF included and debut in Geneva next March. Im just speculating though...maybe someone more informed can chime in.
I think your speculation is pretty accurate.. maybe before geneva... The V12 front engine is Ferrari's flagship. They can't remain one year without having one on the catalog. (Except GTC4)
I know of 2 new f12's coming in the next couple of months that can be had for msrp. PM me and I can give you info. I can't decide if I want an f12 and will probably go used if I do go that route.
Talked to my dealer this today, he says they got the letter this week. There may be a few allocations left, but this is definitely last call. Anybody on the fence is out of time.
We all knew that Ferrari will change their model after a certain time. Given by the history 5-6 yrs on an average. So why the cry if F12 model ended and worry about depreciation. We are enthusiasts and love our F cars. Topics about the monetary value sucks the passion out of the enjoyment. Mark you did just fine!!! Love your car. Great combination with TM.
Ferrari F12 Replacement - F12berlinetta Production Ending not terribly informative. for all I know it was completely sourced by this board.
